A Note From Our Family to Yours
Here in Northern Minnesota, we take our time to do things right — and that goes for every stitch and every shipment. Thank you for supporting our small, family-run business. We're so glad our handmade knits are finding their way to your home.
Processing Time
Because each piece is lovingly made by hand, please allow 2–4 weeks for processing before your order ships. Custom and made-to-order items are crafted just for you, so we appreciate your patience while we work our magic with yarn and needles!
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following flat-rate shipping options for orders within the US:
- Free shipping on all orders $50 and over 🎉
- $4.90 for orders under 5 lbs
- $19.90 for orders between 5–70 lbs
Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days for most US destinations, though remote areas may take a little longer.
International Shipping
We're happy to ship to 27 countriesworldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
International delivery times vary by destination, but generally range from 7–21 business days after shipment.
Special Handling
Our knitted goods are handmade with natural fibers and deserve a little extra care in transit. We package every order thoughtfully to protect your items on their journey. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away — we'll make it right.
